Once endorsed, you can then apply to switch to the Global Talent visa from within the UK, provided your current visa allows switching (most work and study visas permit this). The only visas that don't allow switching are visitor visas and short-term visas.

If your work spans multiple fields, you should choose the endorsing body that best aligns with your strongest evidence. For example, if you work in both digital art and technology, consider whether your strongest achievements relate to the artistic aspects (Arts Council England) or the technical aspects (Tech Nation).
