The Blueprint to Endorsement

We don't just "fill forms". We engineer a narrative that makes it impossible for the Endorsing Body to say no.

From "Initial Idea" to "London Life"

Our process is built on 5 years of experience with Tech Nation, Arts Council, and RAEng. We move beyond simple eligibility checks to deep forensic auditing of your career.

Step 1 Week 1

Forensic Audit & Strategy

We don't start writing immediately. We dig deep. We analyze your entire career history to find the "Hidden Gems" that fit the specific Endorsing Body criteria.

We Do

  • Identify your "Unique Selling Point"
  • Select the optimal 2 Optional Criteria
  • Map out the exact 10 pieces of evidence required

You Do

  • Provide raw CV & LinkedIn profile
  • Answer our "Deep Dive" questionnaire
  • Upload raw documents to secure portal
Step 2 Weeks 2-4

Evidence Curation & Polishing

Endorsing bodies hate "Noise". We filter your evidence. We take your raw emails, screenshots, and contracts, and turn them into formal, legal-grade exhibits with clear annotations.

We Do

  • Edit "Personal Statement" narrative
  • Draft Reference Letters structures & technical content
  • Format evidence into professional PDF exhibits

You Do

  • Contact your referees for signatures
  • Gather specific metrics/data we request
  • Approve drafts
Step 3 Week 5

The "Mock Panel" Review

This is our secret sauce. Before submission, a Senior Consultant (who has not worked on your case) reviews the application as if they were the Assessor. They look for reasons to refuse.

We Do

  • Stress-test every document against guidelines
  • Check for "Red Flags" or logical gaps
  • Final formatting and grammar check

You Do

  • Final read-through of the bundle
  • Sign final declarations
  • Relax while we audit
Step 4 Submission

Submission via Partner/Advisor

The actual submission to the Home Office is a legal step. This is handled either by you (following strict step-by-step instructions) or by our partner OISC-regulated Visa Advisers to ensure full compliance.

Option A: Our Partners

  • Prepare the final submission bundle
  • Ensure correct forms are selected on Gov.uk
  • Monitor application status

Option B: You

  • Follow detailed submission guide
  • Pay the Endorsement Fee
Step 5 Post-Endorsement

The Final Visa Application (Stage 2)

Endorsement is 90% of the work, but you still need the visa sticker. You can handle this yourself or rely on professional legal representation.

Option A: Our Partners

  • Full Legal Representation by OISC Advisers
  • Review of IHS / Biometrics steps
  • Handling of Dependent/Family applications

Option B: You

  • Fill out the Immigration forms yourself
  • Use "Stage 2 Guidance PDF"
Step 6 Relocation & Welcome

Welcome to the UK!

We don't just get you the visa; we help you land softly. Moving to a new country involves housing, banking, and networking.

We Provide

  • Introductions to trusted Housing Agents
  • Guides on Banking & National Insurance
  • Invites to our "Global Talent Community" events

You Do

  • Pack your bags
  • Book your flight
  • Meet us in London!
"We are waiting for you in London!" 🇬🇧

Common Questions About The Process

How much time will this take me personally?

Expect to spend about 5-10 hours total gathering raw info and reviewing drafts. We handle the heavy lifting (writing, formatting, structuring), saving you 100+ hours of work.

Do you write the letters for me?

We draft the structure and technical narrative based on your input. This ensures the letters hit the specific criteria points (Leadership, Innovation) that assessors look for. Your referees then review and sign.

What if I get rejected?

Thanks to our "Mock Panel" review, our refusal rate is extremely low. However, if refused due to subjective interpretation, our Full Support package includes an Endorsement Review (Appeal) at no extra cost.

Don't Navigate This Alone

A structured, expert-led process is the difference between "Hope" and "Success".
